I have contacted you several times requesting to change the shoe size, as size 36 does not fit me, but unfortunately I have not received any response.

I would like to exchange the shoes from size 36 to size 44.

Please let me know as soon as possible how I can arrange the exchange and return the incorrect size.

I also paid
for insurance/protection for my order, specifically to cover situations like this, so I expect your assistance in resolving this matter.
