"I purchased the shoes; the ordering process was extremely convenient, and the selection is huge. However, the shoes naturally arrived in the wrong size (I own the exact same shoes, so there is no reason for this pair to be two European sizes too big). Furthermore, the shoes arrived with a strong chemical glue smell, and it is obvious that they are not authentic, but rather a counterfeit product. To top it off, the shoes arrived in a plastic bag instead of an official, matching shoebox. I deeply regret this purchase. Since no one in the company is answering, I will unfortunately have to throw them away, and I will make sure never to buy from this company again. I would appreciate it if someone would get back to me and perhaps offer to take the shoes back and provide a refund—even a partial one—for the purchase of this inauthentic product.
